Drink plenty of water, and listen to your body. If you experience severe headaches, nausea, or breathlessness that doesn't improve with rest, descend to a lower altitude immediately.
Network coverage is decent in Leh town with most carriers, but expect slow internet speeds. Networks become patchy or non-existent outside town, especially in Nubra Valley, Pangong, and remote areas. Download offline maps and inform family of limited connectivity beforehand.
