All correspondence in respect to Services bookings should be addressed to M/s EAST91 Enterprises Private Limited (Travelosei is a brand of EAST91 Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.)

Booking

For all the services contracted, there will be a contract between EAST91 Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. & you. The contract will come into effect after advance payment for confirmed booking status & the balance amount can be paid before the commencement of the services. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of services & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Mode of Payment

• All payments are to be made in name of EAST91 Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
• By Online Credit/Debit Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card)
• By POS Machine
• Bank Transfer

Note:

• In case of payment through credit/ debit card, 2% bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount.
• All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
• Please note that EAST91 Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (TRAVELOSEI) employee or agent will never ask for your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or to install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

• Please note that after the finalization of your itinerary any extra service asked for would be charged as extra.
• We act as an agent for hotels, transport companies, airlines, railways, and contractors providing other services, and therefore, shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, death, loss, delay, or damage suffered by any person or property due to acts of the hotel, transport company, airline, railway, coach operator, etc.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, landslides, political closures or any uncertain incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
